Tina Dawson is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in coastal NC. As a veteran of the United State Marine Corps, she understands the challenges of a military family lifestyle, and how stressful relocating can be.

Buying or selling a home is a major decision and a successful real estate transaction requires extensive knowledge and experience. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, she understands that unique perspective, and is committed to helping buyers achieve their real estate goals with as little stress as possible. She earned the Military Relocation Professional Certification, which helps her understand the other branches of the US Armed Forces and their specific needs and challenges. She has also taken advanced negotiation classes so that she can help all her clients get the best deals possible.

As a Realtor, she is involved in and contributes to her community in many ways. As a mom of two, she is involved with Scouts of America for both her daughter and son. She has continued to serve in the Marine Corps Reserves when called upon and is very involved in her local church with VBS, Sunday School, and other outreach activities.

If clients are not local, she is here to make videos, take pictures, and provide updates as regularly as they prefer.
