Born on the beautiful island of Hawaii, Tina DiCharia has always been drawn to coastal living. After spending parts of her childhood in Florida, Indiana, and Illinois, she made Fort Myers her permanent home in 1984, and proudly considers herself a Florida native ever since.
With over a decade of experience selling real estate in Southwest Florida and a career background of more than 30 years as a nationally and state-certified Court Reporter, Tina brings an unmatched attention to detail, clear communication, and a strong work ethic to every transaction. Tina is married to Gus Simmons, Esquire., a local real estate attorney, and is the proud mom of her daughter, Kinzie, who works for the Colorado Rapids soccer team in Denver.
