Tina has been helping us in the purchase and sale of our house. We feel very fortunate to find Tina to help us out in these tedious processes. She is undoubtedly knowledgeable, organized, honest and very communicative. Her communication through both processes has been excellent; she kept us informed at all times including during her holidays. Provided us with above and beyond services and resources (including finding a house painters). She has a great personality , actitud and social skills. Did I mention extensive experience? For sure! I know who to call next time I or someone needs real state help.

Working with Tina Guevara Orduna was a great experience. I can’t speak highly enough of our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics were very much appreciated and respected. She
walked us through the entire purchase and selling process. This made the whole experience a pleasant one. We were unsure of how we wanted to manage the showings of our property and she alleviated those concerns. She was also very expedient in locating inventory based on our specific requests. She took the extra steps and I would have no problem recommending her to potential clients.
