About Tina

Tina Hilker joins Coldwell Banker Advantage, the #1 Coldwell Banker firm in North Carolina. She joined the team because of their principles of honesty, integrity and service, which are important to her. Tina believes that homeownership is not just a dream; she believes it can be a dream come true. She has a passion for helping people make that dream of homeownership come true, with her attention to detail, her understanding of clients needs & concerns and willingness to go that extra mile. Tina understands how stressful finding the right home and moving can be which is why she is committed to helping with every step of the process. With over 7 moves herself, she truly understands what it takes. Tina will be there for you right through to the final closing of your transaction. Tina is a native of Virginia. She now calls North Carolina home along with her husband Steve. Tina and Steve grew up together and married when Steve decided to join the US Air Force, where they spent 13 of 24 years of active-duty service overseas in Europe. They have been married for 30 years and have three sons, one granddaughter and a miniature Schnauzer. Her first mission in life has been to be a wife and mother. She stayed at home raising her boys until the youngest started school. She then worked in the Department of Defense School as a office manager to be close to the children. When they moved back to the states in 2003 Tina started to work for the USAF as a civilian in the Finance office as a Voucher Examiner at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro where she had won numerous awards for her outstanding service to customers including Jr Civilian of the Year. Tina moved to Raleigh with her husband when they purchased a new house. She enjoyed the experience and loves working on new projects inside and outside of her home and is excited to help others find the same joy she has experienced.
