Tina Holt serves as senior vice president and regional manager for Long & Foster’s Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina real estate markets. Holt, a real estate broker with over two decades of experience, oversees operations and business strategy for the region, ensuring Long & Foster best supports its agents, as well as buyers, sellers, investors and renters.

A native of the Hampton Roads region, Holt has also lived in northeastern North Carolina and currently splits her time between the two, Holt has an impressive real estate sales and leadership background, having worked in the industry through economic ups and downs, always keeping her teams motivated and on track, no matter the market conditions.

Holt is known amongst her colleagues for her approachable nature, problem-solving skills and transparency—values that have enabled her to succeed in her own career.
