Tina was the first realtor my wife and I sat with. She was great but naturally we called a few others because why not. This other realtor who's name I won't mention told us everything we wanted to hear and most of it left us scrambling at the last minute. We called Tina back because honestly she was great and was not yessing us which seemed to be the honest way to go. Everything she told us was going to happen pretty much did happen from the closing costs to closing times. Tina couldn't of been happier to help us with every step of the way, she was there from helping to reccomend a great realtor for us to buy from in NC to happily answering her phone anytime of day and to also be at the closing table with us at the end to make sure everything goes smooth. Tina seems to build relationships with her clientele that make you feel comfortable at such a stressful time while selling your home! Thanks again Tina from the Zavala Family! I have used Tina to both buy and sell a personal home. In the home sale, I lived out of state and Tina handled everything for me to ensure the home sold and for its highest market price! Because I had worked with her before when buying a home, I knew how she operated and I had no worries what so ever about the process of the sale. I consider her a part of my extended family and will start using her to handle my investment properties in the area.
