We closed on our home Dec 2022. Tina helped us find our dream home and we couldn't have found a better realtor!
We were moving from NY to Murrells inlet, SC. Since we had no knowledge of realtors in the area and there are many, we asked a handful of them with high google ratings to answer a long list of questions; to help vet them. Tina was the only one to answer all our questions and provide references with contact information!
After meeting with her we found her to be very knowledgeable about the current market and a great communicator, listening to our needs. I was very impressed with the quick responses to our questions as we began our search, backed by research and input from experts. She spent a lot of time with us looking at resale and new homes over a 3 day period and had the showings all mapped out and provided each homes detailed listing sheets. I was also impressed with how she was able to adapt to my analytical personality; she jumped right in developing a spreadsheet to help us compare homes as we left our computers in NY! We appreciated her honest opinion on the home's pluses and minuses; Ensuring we made the best decision for our new home. We found our dream home and Tina made it a breeze through closing; always watching out for our best interest! We HIGHLY recommend using Tina as your realtor! She's knowledgeable, very responsive, organized, pays attention to details, listens to your needs and makes it less stressful and fun! We truly feel we made the right decision using her as our realtor and now have our first friend in SC!
