1000/10 would recommend! I’m 23 and have had experience past realtors/brokers. However none come close to the level of communication, reliability and resourcefulness that Tina has. She is aggressive when it comes to getting her clients exactly what they ask for in the best way possible. I was also blessed to receive a $5,000 grant on her behalf to support me in closing on my first house which played an important role in me being able to purchase my 3 bed 2 bath front and back yard home with NO down payment. Truly with all my heart believe Tina Marie to be the best broker in the entire DMV!

Idk where to start ! This was my first time buying a home at 22. To say the least I had no idea what I was getting into and Tina Marie was amazing !!!! I did not have the smoothest process in buying my home and Tina Marie was so knowledgeable and informative through out the process. When I tell you she is so detailed oriented, honest, and has top notch skills and was very aggressive in our home buying process to ensure we got what we wanted . Communication was on 100 the entire time !!! Like I said I knew so little about the home buying process and she helped us through every step of the way. She is so knowledgeable about her job and so passionate about finding you the right home. Our favorite thing about her was how honest she was about little details about the house she noticed. I just closed a deal with Tina Marie, where she brought the buyer and I just have to say - She Delivers. Our listing was HIGHLY competitive, with 3 offers since day 1... Tina Marie got it done and made the process for her client easy. We closed and everyone was extremely happy by the end. Tina Marie has been in real estate for a while and does a lot of work, yet she manages to be On Top Of It and responsive to get it done. She was actually at the same brokerage with me previously so I know she works similarly to me, but even further she's the one to be able to take the next step to create her own brokerage. There isn’t enough room available to let you know about Miss Tina Marie. This home buying experience would have been a nightmare without her. I’ve had other realtors who would help me bid on homes and they would be sold to other buyers so I became very discouraged. After my last realtor contract expired, I called Tina. Tina was hiking and enjoying her outdoors time and still took my call and scheduled a meeting with me the next day. She assured me that she would be locked and loaded and whatever she put her hands on would be successful. That indeed was true. After putting a contract on the very first house I chose, it was accepted in 2 days. Tina knew what the seller wanted and created the perfect contract deal so it would not be passed by. It happened to have been a short sale so the process was kinda long and my patience was already pretty thin. Tina kept my anxiety down and encouraged me the entire way until closing day! I got the keys!!! I cannot thank Tina enough!

Buying in this market means you need to have your finances in order, and most importantly the right agent! With offers coming in left and right it is the little things that will make your package the one that is accepted. Tina Marie puts together a visually appealing and solid package and has a great sense of what is going to get your offer accepted - all you need to come with is a willingness to embrace her expertise.

For me personally it was the third house that was the charm, but I probably would’ve had the first one had I taken Tina Marie’s advice . :-) Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my house and I attribute Tina Marie’s interpersonal skills and professionalism to why I got my house...BUT I had my mind set on staying under a certain dollar amount although I ended up going above both the selling amounts of the first two houses I looked at. With that being said, Tina Marie listened to me as her client, while offering her professional opinion and she stayed the course with me...writing the third contract with as much enthusiasm as the first.

When I sent her homes or if she sent one to me that I liked her response was always “when do you want to go?” In fact, we found my home on the first day it was listed when we went to see it in the midst of a cold wet snow. The seller was scheduled to have an open house but cancelled it once my offer was received.

I feel like I have a good sense of what appealed to the sellers because while I was the buyer for that home, Tina Marie was also the agent for me as a seller. As I received offers for review I know what appealed to me and what gave me pause. I’ve received offers that were sloppily presented, not competitive for the sellers market we are in, or worse yet delivered after the explicit cut off time. These are all things out of the buyers hand and are solely up to the agent that they chose.

They saying buying a home is one of the most difficult and major decisions you will make in life, but in actuality, choosing your agent should be. The home is out there, but whether you get it or not is going to depend on the agent you chose.

After selling our home and signing a short term lease, my husband and I started looking for a house. We quickly found out how challenging this market was when we put multiple offers in only to be overlooked every time. I found that to be extremely discouraging. Especially when we had the money to close and a strong approval letter. This made me question whether our previous agent needed to be replaced. My co worker referred me to Tina Marie. I called Tina and she did a zoom meeting with my husband and I immediately. After meeting with Tina, my husband and I were sure that she was going to land the deal. The very first house we put an offer on which was 1 week after meeting Tina, my husband and I put an offer on the house and it was accepted. Tina has awesome bargening skills. In this sellers market, not only was our offer accepted, but she got us closing assistance, a home warranty, we did not have to waive the house inspection, and the sellers fixed the things we wanted them to fix. Today, we closed on our new home. Tina is awesome and I will recommend Tina Marie to anyone I know that's looking to buy or sell a house.
