Tina Marie is truly exceptional. Buying and selling real estate can be stressful and unpleasant, but Tina Maria makes it easy and even fun! She is patient, personable, responsive and smart. We thought it would be difficult to manage the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home simultaneously in a crazy market, but Tina Marie was always two steps ahead, handling everything with ease. It all turned out just as she said it would and we couldn’t be happier. She is a busy lady but she always managed to make us feel like we were her only clients. She draws upon years of experience and has creative ideas. Anyone looking to buy or sell a home would be lucky to work with Tina Marie. She is the best.

Best realtor I have ever dealt with! Super responsive, listened to what my wife and I were looking for in a house. Always had some suggestions for houses to look at when our own choice of listings were running low. As first-time home buyers, we were looking for an agent to help us navigate the market in a new suburb as well as to help prioritize our requirements. If you do not make it to the end of this review, here is what you need to know: Tina is unequivocally the hardest working person we have come across in our home buying journey (and boy have we been on a journey). We highly recommend partnering with her to find your dream home.

Tina had helped my parents sell their home, so we knew we could trust her. She knows the Downers Grove market extremely well and advised us on any facet of a neighborhood, street, or builder. Being completely green to the home buying process, she took time to answer every question and gave freely of her time. Her confidence and honesty made us feel like we had a good friend in our corner.

Being very particular about what we were looking for, our house search took several months. Tina understood our criteria, didn't rush us, and remained committed. Once we found our home, the timeline to closing was very unorthodox. We hit delays and major obstacles that were out of everyone's control. However, Tina always rose to the occasion with solutions, creative ideas, and positivity. She was often the one person we could rely on to get things done. We engaged them several months prior to actually listing and they provided great advice on what updates/projects we should prioritize and what isn't necessary and had good referrals for contractors to assist as required.
