I needed to sell my father's house due to his passing. I lived in a different state. I needed someone who I can trust. Realtor Tina Newsome was my answer. She was very professional and responded to my needs. She took care of everything. I didn't need to come back to the house. If there was a problem, she took care of it. Ms Newsome is absolutely amazing at selling homes. We lived in another state and we needed to sell our rental property in Jacksonville. She was able to ensure the home was properly cleaned, prepped, and groomed for the first day on the market. This was a major concern of ours, considering we were unable to travel back to Arkansas to do this ourselves. We had 4 offers, all over asking price, on the first day. Throughout the entire closing process Ms Newsome was very helpful, never pushy, and always gave sound advice/updates on all important matters. I truly believe our experience could not have been ANY better with anyone else!

I chose Tina to help me with the sale of my home because she had done such a professional job with the purchase of this house seven years ago.
