About Tina

Tina’s love for the Charlotte area started in 1986 when she arrived here to attend collage and never looked back. Years after graduation, while starting and growing a family, Tina found much interest in the real estate market.

“I took a chance and purchased a foreclosure, using Anna as my agent. Within 3 short months, I had resold that home for a profit; and there it all started”

Tina bought and sold multiple foreclosures. With her passion for flipping homes as well as her natural instincts of helping others, becoming a Real Estate Agent came easy. Licensed since 2009, Tina has worked for several of the larger firms in the Charlotte Market and has covered areas spanning from Cornelius to Ballantyne and University to Polkton, and all corners in between.

Now Focusing in the Southeast side of Charlotte; Tina has been a resident of the Mint Hill area since 2002. As a local volunteer, substitute teacher and staying active with her Children’s competitive Dance Team, Tina is well rounded and enjoys nothing more than representing her “Home Town”.
