Tina Polly

Tina Polly is a real estate agent based in Council Bluffs. She is a LOCAL selling residential real estate for 15+ years and has represented many buyers and sellers over the course of her career. Tina calls Council Bluffs home and has for her entire life. She is most passionate about two things- her family and Real Estate.

Tina has been licensed in the state of Iowa and Nebraska for over 15 years. She served on the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtor's board of directors since 2014 and will be acting President for 2022. Tina is committed to serving her clients with the best service possible. She will personally walk you through every aspect of the home buying or selling process and keep you and your best interest first. Tina works to educate her buyers and sellers to make informed decisions, using her industry knowledge, market analysis, and technology. Tina specializes in working with REO (bank owned) properties and short sales. She is energetic and motivated to help you find a home or sell your home with professionalism, communication, and integrity.

Tina has two boys, Logan and Graydon, who are her life. As a family, they love to be outdoors, either camping or at the lake on our jet skis. Spending time with her family is her biggest passion. She loves to teach her boys about responsibility and money management through extreme couponing, when they’re not playing soccer!

The community and being involved throughout it, is also something about which Tina feels strongly. She has participated in the Polar Plunge for the Special Olympics, Autism Walk, March of Dimes, Mom’s Place, Micah House, Phillip’s Cupboard, Recycled Shoes, and she also organized the “Adopt a Street, Keep Council Bluffs Clean” effort for a street our NP Dodge office adopted. Most prominently, Tina has a heart for the children in our foster system. She has personally been the foster parent to over forty children, since 2004. She adopted her oldest son, Logan, after having him in her home as a foster child.
