About Tina

Tina’s story begins in 1984… When she moved from Tennessee, she wanted to begin a career in real estate but soon realized it is not easy. Being a REALTOR® had everything to do with who you knew and being new in town, she knew nobody. However, that did not stop her. She took the grassroots approach, printing business cards, making cold calls and going door to door introducing herself to the neighborhood. She eventually opened HomeGate Realty in January of 2000 with her business partner, Alan Hoffman, and her successful real estate career took off from there.

Tina and Alan’s client base grew by leaps and bounds and it became clear that it was time to relocate to a larger office. They soon grew out of that second office and because of the tremendous growth in business, Tina made the decision to go out on her own and purchase the beautiful, 5,000 square foot office building that HomeGate Realty of Nevada now calls home.

Tina’s philosophy on real estate… because of her old-fashioned approach of hard work and close customer contact, she feels it is important to share what she has learned with other agents. At HomeGate Realty of Nevada, she has a great team of professionals who share her outlook on Real Estate. She finds great reward in growing the business together. All her agents are trained to aggressively market their listings, actively communicate with their clients, and effectively represent their buyers.

When Tina represents a buyer, their needs are her top priority! She is respectful of their time, finances, and stress. She previews properties, conducts extensive research, and develops strong relationships with vendors, inspectors, and other agents to make sure her clients get the best possible treatment and enjoy a smooth transaction from.
