Tina was great from the start. I contacted her and the very same day she called us back and listened to everything I was saying and asking questions about. Within days, we were going to look at house but ended up choosing a house that she personally picked out for us to look at. It checked all of our boxes and ended up costing us less in the long run. Putting our house on the market was just as easy and sold very quickly. We had a lot of questions and she explained things to us, sometimes over and over again, until we could confidently understand. Tina is very professional but personable at the same time. She will never make you feel intimidated or pressured to make a decision that’s not best for your family. I’m a visual person and she was happy to accommodate me in my need to look at the house several times. She even brought her tape measure along because she got to know me and my needs and knew I’d want to measure things out. If you’re questioning buying or selling your home or just have questions, she’s definitely the realtor to contact!

First off, we want to start by saying Tina is a 10 out of a 10! We have bought and sold multiple homes over the years and working with Tina is the first time we can say we truly enjoyed the experience. Her communication is absolutely stellar. She helped us look at homes while living in another state, FaceTiming or taking extras pictures or whatever was needed. After looking at different homes, we still couldn’t find what we wanted. Tina suggested that maybe we look into building as a possibility. After talking with her more and the builder she works with, Kiracofe Homes, we realized this was the way to go. She was with us every step of the way. If she didn’t know an answer she would find it out and get back with us immediately. Her character matches her work ethic and she is very passionate about what she does, and it shows! For us there is only 1 realtor we will work with in the future and that is Tina Stuckey.

Tina was amazing from start to finish. We are relocating out of state. My husband his already located In the state that we are moving to, so that left me to do everything back home. Tina helped me in so many ways. She went above and beyond. There was a time that I had a last minute showing and I had to go into work. She came right over and vacuum the house and did a few last minute touches. What a big help taking the time out of her busy schedule. At closing she was right beside me, and helped me understand process and procedures though it all. She take her job to the next level. She treats you as if you are her family not just a client. Tina was a blessing to work with on my 1st home. I originally looked into a foreclosure, that Tina did all the research on to get it listed. The story on that house melted my heart, as it was a struggling military veteran who just felt like he had no where to turn, but walk away from his home. Tina went above and beyond, saved his credit and he even had a little money after. That house didn’t end up being “the one” for me, but the story said it all, that I had the right realtor on my side! Tina found the perfect fit for me, in a great neighborhood, perfect size and within my budget. She helped me put in an offer with terms, that was strong in a very aggressive market! Tina’s knowledge of the tricks of the trade and professionalism was beyond helpful. The whole process went smoothly and we closed within 30 days. I couldn’t of asked for anything more!
