Michele Hammerton is amazing. She took two suburban Denver residents on a journey to purchase retirement property. Thanks to her tireless effort, research, and diligence, we found our land and closed within 3 weeks. We just recently purchased our second home in Colorado Springs and it was the best home buying experience we have ever had thanks to Tina. Our first home purchase was in Oregon and it left a bad taste in our mouth and figured that it was just how buying a home was supposed to be. Tina assured us it was going to be a complete 180 from that one and she was right. Through the whole process, Tina made us feel comfortable in what we were doing and did not make us feel rushed or hurried in picking a house. She was always in touch with us making sure things were going well and if there was anything she could do to help us. She went above and beyond find us our lovely house. I would highly recommend Tina for a first or next home purchase.

I just happened to find Tina online 9 states away!! When I came to visit the area in the winter she was kind enough to show me a property and when I arrived several months later, she dedicated the entire week to me!
