About Tina
Tina Vardaman is deeply rooted within the Vail Valley community, having earned a well-deserved reputation as a highly committed, results-oriented professional who does her job with a great sense of integrity. Her commitment, organization, and high standards of customer service have resulted in outstanding results time and time again, earning her a Top 10 Broker designation at Slifer Smith & Frampton.
Originally from Chicago, Tina graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Her interest in skiing first brought her to the Vail Valley in 1993, beginning a professional career and 25+ years of service to the community, including a stellar twelve-year career with the Vail Valley Foundation, the valley’s largest non-profit organization.
As the Foundation’s Vice President of Development, she was responsible for raising annual financial support for the Foundation’s numerous athletic, cultural, and educational endeavors, including both the 1999 and 2015 World Alpine Ski Championships, as well as two substantial capital campaigns for the remodel of the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail.
Tina’s vast experience in real estate and her knowledge of the Valley, coupled with a skill set derived from her career in fundraising and management of diverse projects, influence her approach to working with clients. Her goal is to guide her clients every step of the way, enabling them to better understand the attributes of different neighborhoods and properties, while also providing insight into current local market conditions. Trust, integrity, hard work and organization are values which drive her business philosophy on a daily basis. Most importantly, Tina has a passion for both our community and our mountain lifestyle, along with an ability to connect her clients to all of the things that makes the Vail Valley special and unique.
In her free time, Tina enjoys skiing, mountain biking and hiking. She loves to take advantage of the many cultural and athletic opportunities the Valley has to offer. She serves on the Board of the Vail Health Foundation, and on the Vail Valley Foundation’s Development Committee. Tina lives in Wildridge with her husband Steve and their twin daughters, Lauren, and Sophie.
