Hi, I’m Tina Wilkerson.

For over two decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals & families buy and sell homes across North Nashville communities. Real estate has never just been about houses to me, it’s about people, relationships, and the stories that unfold inside every home.

After 24 years in the same office, I recently stepped into a new chapter as a partner with Local Realty Partners, a brokerage built on the belief that people come first, always.

My husband Jeff and I work together as Team Wilkerson. Jeff is licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky, allowing us to serve clients on both sides of the state line.

Whether helping someone buy their first home or sell one filled with memories, my goal is always the same, to make the process personal, smooth, and meaningful for every client I serve.

I cannot say enough good things about Tina and her business partner/hubby Jeff! My family moved into the Nashville area from out-of-state, looking to buy a home in a sellers market. It was a longer process than we had hoped for, and we were probably a tad difficult along the way. The two of them treated us like family, and had such grace. They went above and beyond showing us every option, until we found the perfect home for our family. We enjoyed our time together very much, and appreciate the communication, persistence, and sacrifice that went into this home sale. I would give Tina & Jeff 10 stars on this scale if I could!
