I am a first time home buyer who moved from out of town. Picking TJ to be my realtor was the best decision I ever made. He understood that I was an out of town client and worked with me. He was always very prompt with his responses and offered to check on my new construction home for me. We essentially worked together for 9 months and I have no complaints throughout the process. TJ is always willing to go above and beyond. I also appreciated his tenacious yet calm demeanor.  The 1% rebate was truly the icing on the cake. That extra money I was able to save helped with my moving costs. 5 stars. Totally recommend.

Last year my wife and I were searching for new build construction. In the middle of the process we found out we may need a little help in securing the best deal and also figuring out an exit strategy with our then current home. In stepped TJ, and we were so happy to have found him. He was professional and responsive. We are also sure he procured the best deal for us on our new build. TJ was also there for us to give the best advise on selling our exit home. We are now all safe and sound in our beautiful new home and remain thankful to this day that we found TJ!!!

TJ was absolutely fantastic with being our realtor. He has a great personality and we felt really comfortable asking him all the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable on house buying and really helped my wife and I hone in on what we really wanted in a house.
