He was born and raised in Gallup, N.M. His grandfather started an Indian Jewelry business that operated for over 82 years. After WWII, his father took over the business (Tobe Turpen's Indian Trading Co.). After graduating from New Mexico State University, he went to Gallup and ran the business for 5 years.
He went back to Las Cruces, N.M. and became a Realtor. He has been listing and selling in the Mesilla Valley for over 19 years now. He covers all areas of Las Cruces.
He loves to travel, and spend time with his lovely wife Shawn, and their two daughters Satori and Savanna. He enjoys golf, running, and all kinds of fitness activities.
