Tobi Silgman

Since August 2004, Tobi has been a licensed Realtor®, certified as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). In December of 2012, Tobi accepted her current position to work with Lauer Realty Group and she is in the top 5% of all Realtors in South Central Wisconsin.

Tobi excels in working with first time buyers and delights in helping new friends catch their dreams of buying and selling in the greater Madison market. Tobi has sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes to high-dollar estate properties, from downtown condominiums to quaint farmette properties. Tobi’s business mostly generates from referrals and repeat clients, which mean the world to her. It is of utmost importance to provide excellent service to earn their trust, referrals and repeat business. Clients appreciate her flexibility, profound sense of humor, low-pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and her ability to accurately price and market a home. Tobi is not a realtor’s realtor if that makes sense; she strives to help folks achieve their dreams and have fun while doing it.

Tobi graduated with honors from UW Oshkosh with a BS in Education. She moved to Madison in 1998, taught Middle School and coached various sports until she decided to pursue Real Estate in 2004, always keeping in mind the importance of education and team building.

Currently she is an avid exerciser participating in various charity runs. She is a mom of two beautiful rescue dogs, Wilbur & Opie, and has teamed up with Minh not only in her professional life but also her personal life!
