11/25/2013 - kcpastor Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Mt. Lookout, Cincinnati, OH. As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were anxious about the process. Uncertain of what we were in for, Todd made the entire experience enjoyable, relaxing and stress-free. His honesty, patience and knowledge were refreshing as we had previously heard of realtors pushing their clients in uncomfortable directions. He let us form our own opinions every time we entered a home which created an effective and productive search. He gave very level-headed and experienced-based practical insights which included insights/intuition into the other party's probable thought process. Todd's negotiation skills are exceptional. If there is one thing you need in an agent, that would be it. Pretty photos of your home can only take you so far. You need an agnet like Todd who will get you top dollar in a reasonable timeframe.
