Todd helped my husband and I sell our former home and purchase our new home. He was a dream real estate agent evidenced by his prompt responses, ongoing communication and accurate assessments of what we would like/not like in a home. I observed that he has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the real estate market, and is honest about what to expect regarding buying/selling prices. Both my husband and I work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Todd was flexible with our schedules and never expressed frustration with our time restrictions or pickiness - which I'm sure wasn't always easy. We absolutely love the home we're in now, and if we ever have a future need for another home we will hire Todd again 100%!

Best ever! Todd always kept us in the loop of the offers and sale, always got back to us very quickly with any questions or concerns we had. He was always prepared for anything needed on the inspection and had comps prepared for the appraisal. Would always use him in the future, very knowledgeable on the surrounding areas and the process and paperwork, Todd couldn't have made it any easier for us.

I had a job transfer and had to unfortunately sell the house during when the market had gone down and he helped us through the whole short sale process to be as smooth as possible. We were living in a separate state for a few months while the short sale process was going through and he took care of all the necessary items for us in order for the house to get sold.

He stayed in consistent and timely communication, and we were never left wondering where things were in the process. We moved to the Phoenix area from Charlotte, NC. I worked with Todd from a distance at first and was impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to go out of his way visiting properties, making calls, and doing research to help us from a long distance. In the Spring of 2014, my now husband and I were not only getting ready to get married but we also needed to sell our house. The market was less than desirable. Not sure what to expect, we began looking online for a realtor experienced in both traditional and short sales. We found Todd, read his positive reviews, and contacted him. We are so glad we did because we got an offer in ONE WEEK and sold for FULL ASKING PRICE! We still can hardly believe it. We highly recommend Todd to anyone looking to sell their home. Upon first calling, it was so easy to talk with Todd we knew we wanted to work with him. He offered to meet us at our home within the next few days. When Todd arrived, we gave him a tour of the house, he reviewed the comps, and we discussed all our options. He answered all our questions (no matter how silly mine sounded!) and recommended a few improvements to get the house market ready. One of our favorite things about Todd was his approach when he spoke and explained things. He was always optimistic, but very realistic with a gentle delivery; He always kept our heads level and never falsely got our hopes up with maybes and possibilities. When we were almost ready to list, Todd and a professional photographer came over to take several pictures of the house as well as ‘virtual tours’ of some rooms. Todd jumped right in offering his help with moving furniture and skimming the pool for pictures. The photos were BEAUTIFUL! They were so bright and clean looking, and we are positive this helped sell our house! Todd helped us through the offer, appraisal, and inspection all the way to the end. So happy we sold our house! What a wedding gift! Thank you, Todd!
