About Todd

Let’s get one thing straight: I’m not your typical real estate agent. I’m a Broker Associate with Weichert Realtors, armed with over five years of experience in residential real estate and a whopping 12+ years in sales from industries as varied as oil and gas to residential construction. Basically, I’ve seen it all – and if there’s one thing I know how to do, it’s sell.

My career started in the gritty world of oil and gas, where I worked with customers to wrap up multimillion-dollar projects. Think of me as a fixer, only with less duct tape and more spreadsheets. After that thrilling chapter, I jumped into the local residential construction market, helping new home buyers pick out their countertops and tile like it was the most important decision of their lives (and let’s face it, for some people, it really is).

Now, about those awards – I’ve got a few, and I promise they weren’t just participation trophies. I snagged the Weichert Realtors Ambassador Club Award in 2020, 2022, and 2023, and somewhere in there, they threw me the Executive Club Award in 2021. Basically, I have enough plaques to build a small fort. I could go on about how these accolades make me the best choice for all your real estate needs, but let’s be honest, who wouldn’t want to work with an award-winning, slightly over-caffeinated real estate guru?

When I'm not juggling open houses and negotiating deals, I’m usually wrangling my two dogs. These furry friends of mine are boat enthusiasts and fetch fanatics. If there’s a sandbar nearby, you can bet we’re there, living our best lives.

On the rare occasion that I’m not knee-deep in contracts or chasing my dogs, I indulge in a few hobbies that make me sound way cooler than I am. Golf is one of them – and by golf, I mean I spend a lot of time in the sand traps and water hazards, giving the course maintenance team something to do. Then there's scuba diving, where I try to look graceful underwater but mostly just flail around like a nervous octopus. And fishing offshore? Let’s just say it’s more about the stories than the catches – my fish tales are legendary, even if the fish themselves are mostly figments of my imagination.
