About Todd

My Real Estate career started shortly after graduating from Downingtown High School in 1982. Taking the required courses to prepare for testing, I passed and officially became a licensed real estate agent in 1983. Being a lifelong resident of Chester County and knowing the area well, I knew that being a Realtor was my future.
Gaining much experience and knowledge of the business in the next few years encouraged me to advance in becoming a Real Estate Broker. As a Real Estate Broker I am able to open my own office, if desired. In 1987 I had sold enough homes, completed the necessary courses, and passed the Broker’s test. At that time I began working in the capacity of a Real Estate Associate Broker. I choose to remain as an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Real Estate because it allows me to devote all of my time working with clients that are buying and selling homes.

I have been recognized as a top agent for many years, received many awards and am a consistent multi-million dollar producer. My background and experience include being an office Sales Manager, handling sales for several new construction communities, and working with buyers and sellers.

On a personal note I have been married to Karen for over 25 years and have one son, Dalton. I enjoy being with friends and hanging out to watch or play our favorite sports, and family gatherings.
