Prior to that, his background included 16 years with The Federal Land Bank, Farm Credit and Commercial Banks as an Agricultural lender, appraiser, and Chief Financial Officer. We still do lots of work for banks, attorneys, and individuals. However, our primary focus has always been marketing farm and ranch properties, either by private treaty, or auction. Todd is a leading auctioneer specializing in large and complex multi-parcel auctions all over Texas and Oklahoma. In addition to being a real estate specialist, Todd is a Farmer / Rancher himself. He is the past President of the Stephens County Cattlemen’s Association and a lifetime member of the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association. He is the Chairman of the Stephens County Conservation District. He is a former President of the Oklahoma State Auctioneer’s Association, and a longtime board member. Todd was a finalist 10 years in a row for the Oklahoma State Auctioneer Championships. He judged the Texas Auctioneer Championships and competed in the 2002 World Auctioneer Championships. Todd is a past board member of the Oklahoma Realtors Land Institute, and a member of the National Realtors Land Institute, whose members are the top Land Brokers in the Country.
