About Todd

Todd Schwartz is a broker and co-owner of Chippewa Valley Real Estate and Chippewa Valley Property Management. Todd is originally from Pulaski, WI, near Green Bay, where he became passionate about the Green Bay Packers. He moved to Eau Claire to attend UWEC where he graduated with a business degree. Later on, in 2010, Todd and his good friend Patrick Rebman went out on their own and launched Chippewa Valley Property Management. In 2016, they decided to establish Chippewa Valley Real Estate into the company. Todd is married to his beautiful wife, Sarah, and they have 5 wonderful children. Todd is excited to continue growing Chippewa Valley Real Estate & Property Management’s already positive image! Todd adores the Chippewa Valley and would love to help people settle down in the community just like he did.
