Todd specializes in “concierge service” for all his clients. He is passionate about this and does right by everyone, while inspired to creatively give more than what is expected. With a background in general contracting and marketing, this high-tech professional is ready to work for new clients. When listing a home, Todd’s deep networking influence and involvement with the local Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and marketing expertise via social media has made him the agent “every other agent likes and would work with,” which goes a long way for both his buyer clients and maximizes the reach of his clients’ listings.
