About Todd

Todd grew up on the North Shore of Boston. He holds degrees from Villanova University and Boston University. With a master's degree in city planning, he worked as a land use planner on the South Shore of Massachusetts and then locally in Vermont. Working as the sole permit official in Morrisville for the last 15 years, he is an expert in land development, zoning, town & Vermont permitting needs. Although Todd is new to Tamarack Real Estate, you will not find anyone with more permitting or land development expertise in the Stowe area. Aside from real estate, Todd spends his spare time in Vermont, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and golfing. Todd and his wife also regularly help transport rescue dogs from the US Virgin Islands, fostering them in their home until the puppies find forever homes in Vermont.
