Sii was fantastic! We are military buyers who were scheduled to PCS a few month after our search began. Initially we just wanted to “browse” and didn’t think we would fall in love with a home let alone buy something sight unseen. However, once we started working with Sii, the process was so smooth and efficient that when we found the home we wanted, we felt more than comfortable moving forward.

We went under contract right after the New Year. This meant that all tours, offers and negotiations happened during the holiday period. It would be understandable for anyone to slow down business at that time but not Sii and Lori. Sii was constantly fielding tours and answering questions; he always made us feel like a priority and that he had our best interests in mind throughout the home buying process.

In closing, we are so grateful for Team Luxe and will recommend them every time! Don’t sleep on this team! They are who you want representing you in the real estate game!

Togasii was excellent to work with! He was very knowledgeable about all of the homes that we toured in Kitsap County and gave well thought out recommendations on homes he thought we would like. He happily set up many showings for us and gave us his honest thoughts on pros and cons of each one while we toured. He walked us through the entire process of buying a home and went above and beyond in always finding answers to questions he didn’t immediately know the answers to. Would definitely recommend Togasii and Team Luxe Real Estate to anyone looking to buy a home in the area!

Togasii was eager to help us from the start! He listened to what we were looking for and took the time to chat with us to understand our budget and lifestyle needs. Since we are not familiar with the area, his expertise was incredibly helpful. He was always honest with us and patiently guided us through the process, pointing out important considerations during house tours. He even accommodated us by offering FaceTime tours (after hours and on weekends) since we are not local to the area. I quickly realized that Togasii truly had our best interest in mind and I fully trust his advice. Overall I don't think we could have had a better experience as first time potential home-buyers. I highly recommend Togasii to anyone in the area looking for a home.

Great experience! First time buying a house and Togasii made it easy and about as painless as it could be. He was always available to answer any questions I had and to look at houses we had found online. Super great working with my work schedule. He was also honest about houses that looked nice but didn’t feel right. Whenever houses we found fell through, he found one that we loved. The offer process and purchasing was pretty easy and structured the deal to where we got a good bit of money back at the end.

I served with Togasii when he was a submarine officer, so when I got orders back to WA while stationed in CA, he was the first realtor I reached out to for help making my first home purchase ever. His team made the entire process extremely easy, as easy as it could be from 1300 miles away. We found a home we really wanted and went from submitting an offer to closing in less than 30 days. He was always super responsive and never kept us waiting. I cannot recommend Togasii and Lori enough, and if I'm ever looking to buy/sell another home in the future, they will be the first ones I'll call.

Lori helped us purchase our first home in Seattle area. She is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to approach. I highly recommend Lori as a realtor.

Below I am categorizing our experience working with Lori:

1. Dedication: We approached Lori 3-4 months before we were ready to actually place any offers for the house as we wanted to learn about different houses in Seattle area and also get acquainted with the process. Instead of asking us to start later when we are ready, she instead insisted us to start looking houses so that we can familiarize ourselves with the process. She will come with a plan to visit 5-6 houses per day on every weekend (and sometimes on weekdays too depending on our availability and houses that meets our requirement), pick us from our apartment in Seattle NE (not kidding; I did not have car when we started looking for house), and then take us to different parts of Seattle to show houses. In short, she is dedicated to her clients and profession; and you won’t regret working with her.

2. Communication: To be honest, neither me nor my wife has any earlier experience of buying a house (anywhere in the world). She explained us the entire process (from loan, to escrow, to what not) and clarified all our doubts. Moreover, she proactively kept us updated about new house openings and other processes related to buying houses. There have been certain instances where she did not have much knowledge about the neighborhoods (safer; accessible; etc.). She approached her friends and old clients to learn more about those areas and gather information for us. I really appreciate her efforts and care for her clients. She is very easy to approach and you can text or call her anytime during the day.

3. Buying experience: Our buying experience (note that we are first time house buyers) with her was very smooth. We did not have to worry about anything. We did have some issues with the seller, partly because it’s a new building. She would constantly reach out to the selling agent and make sure that we are updated about the issues. Moreover, we ask her for suggestions till date (note that I am writing this review after a year we bought a house) and she helps us to her best.

Mr. Peko was a wonderful realtor for me and my wife selling our house. Responded promptly and very professional. I could not recommend anyone more to be your realtor. We had offers on our house withing 24 hours of listing and signed a deal within 48 hours. He made sure that our house was prepped to the best extent possible for showing and we had multiple showings the day of listing. Extremely personable and willing to work with any schedule. Among the most delightful parts of working with Togasii was the near-constant open line of communication and how much work he does behind the scenes. There was no question too small, no ask too big, and no weird time to try and figure out the next step. He coordinated everything from photographers to fliers in the most seamlessly efficient and headache-free brilliance that I came to associate with the way he operates. Every step of the way it was abundantly clear that his primary goal was to make sure I understood the process, was comfortable with it, and willing to go in whatever direction was best for my goals. He helped negotiate the best deal possible for selling my house and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. There's no better person I could've chosen to sell our house! Being active military, Togasii was able to work closely with my wife and father in law to not only sell our house, but prep it for tours, schedule all inspections and photos, get us the best price, and work out a closing date that matched my PCS date! ALL WHILE I WAS AWAY! He kept up excellent communication between us and our buyer and made sure that they followed through on their end of the contract. Togasii helped us find our dream home. We'd been thinking about moving to Bainbridge Island for years, and decided in the summer to finally do it. Togasii met us at the first home we looked. He was very knowledgeable about the area and there was no pressure at all with the interactions. He showed us a few more homes on the first day, and we decided to sign up with him that day. He quickly learned what my wife, my dog, and I were looking for in a new home, and did a great job of identifying potential homes and filtering out anything we wouldn't like. it was a difficult time to buy a home with multiple offers well over asking for our first few attempts, but he stuck with it and went out of his way to video potential homes so we wouldn't have to take so many trips over the ferry from Seattle. When we finally had an offer accepted, he was on top of all of the details and made sure we closed without a hitch. He even went above and beyond and followed up after closing on a few items. Togasii has been an amazing realtor , he has fulfilled all of our very quirky and high demands of finding our dream home with a tight budget . We had spoke with previous realtors and never got the personal attention we have with him nor did they ever reach back out , especially with the price point we have available. From start to finish he took care of my family and our needs to sell house! He took our home and made it feel welcoming for strangers to view as their own and was damn good at it while still taking into account the needs of our family.
