Toland is a friend first. ♥️ But when we have realty related needs, her professional self takes the front seat and her game face is on. I personally cannot ask for a better realtor with years of knowledge about the process of buying/selling a house, about the city we live in, and about people to call on if and when you have house related needs. This is my second time calling on her expertise and although it was stressful at times, Toland made sure our needs were met, questions were answered, and our knowledge with fixing up a house were acknowledged with realistic expectations. If you are in the Lawrence area, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOLAND!!!
