Tolson is the reason I was able to purchase a home that I had been waiting 10 years for. He works closely with his clients to see that their needs are met. Purchasing this particular home was a bit tricky and yet Tolson and his associates helped navigate the various obstacles. In the end, the house is mine, and I am absolutely delighted. Tolson's perserverance paid off again, for yet another happy client. I highly recommend him as a realtor.

As a first-time homebuyer, you always hear that the process can be overwhelming. Tolson really went above and beyond! He talked me through all the “real estate vocabulary” and made sure I was comfortable and had a complete understanding of every detail. He even gives a relatable life example so you can get a better comprehension. Not being a local resident, he managed to create a video for me so I was able to see the house without having to make the long drive down. He literally took care of everything for me and I could not be more appreciative for how hard he worked with me. His genuine personality makes the experience even better!
