Our experience with Tom as our realtor was outstanding. Being this our first time using his services, we were reassured that we were in good hands at the outset. Our case included the need to carry out considerable remodeling of our raised ranch house before putting it for sale. Since the beginning, Tom was prompt to come up with suggestions for options to make such remodeling possible for us, and for then positioning the house in a market scenario that promised to yield the best results for us.

We write this review after having succeeded in both endeavors. We are convinced that our results were greatly facilitated by Tom’s expertise as a real state agent but also by his personality attributes and communicational skills.

Tom went well beyond providing advice to proactively identify and effectively help manage the various contractors required for the project. At every step of the process Tom had our best interest in mind, always offering options and respectful of our preferences.

After every meeting with him -often having to solve multiple emerging, unforeseen predicaments- his assertive, calming, common-sensical and supportive personality always allowed us to work through dilemmas and obstacles. And he was always there when we needed him.
