I found Tom online and reached out to get started looking for a house. He was always happy to show me any house that I found. Along the way he gave me a lot of great information and help on finding the perfect house for me. After looking at a lot of houses over a long period, we found the one. He helped throughout the house buying process ensuring that my interest and wishes were taken care of. He went above and beyond and ensured that I was not only taken care of but knowledgeable and comfortable with the process. Amanda jumped in and ensured I had all the information I needed along with making sure all of the behind the scenes stuff was taken care of. Buying a house is a major decision. There is so much that goes into hoping that you are making the right choice or not. Is this neighborhood a good fit for me? Is this the house of my dreams or a money pit just waiting to happen? How do I navigate contractors or escrow? Are the sellers real estate agents only out for themselves? All of these questions and more were constant chatter in my head.

By a stroke of luck my sister found The Tom Hall Group online and haven’t regretted our choice one bit. From the moment you meet Tom you feel like your best friend is looking out for you to make a good decision. He gives you honest frank advice, doesn’t pander to you just to make the sale and goes to bat for you during the negotiations. No question is treated as dumb nor do you ever feel like you “bothering” him. He doesn’t hesitate to push back on the seller when he feels like they aren’t being genuine.

I honestly can’t recommend The Tom Hall Group enough. From start to finish Tom and Amanda Hall bend over backwards to make sure that you are taken care of. And for the risk of not sounding cliche, I consider Tom and Amanda friends. They have made sure that my sister was taken care of when she bought her home, and they did the same for me when I purchased my house.

I was so impressed with Tom when we bought our home he was the clear choice for selling it 8 years later. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable, motivated, talented. He did wonderful things with the photos and video of the house. He really goes above and beyond for his clients. We had a pretty complicated sell and he handled it extremely well. He kept all the entities involved on track for an on time close. It was a stunning job handling the viewing and buyers. He always supplied sound advice and advocated for us as his clients extremely well. I highly recommend Tom and his team for all the many parts of buying and selling a home. He’s great!!! Not enough stars to show how good he is at this!!!

Had issues with another agent doing her job. We hired Tom to replace her and immediately saw a big improvement. New photos for the listing that were a huge improvement, much better communication, etc. If we had to sell a home in the area again, Tom would be our guy! Only regret is not having used Tom from the start.

YES Y'ALL! This TEAM knows what they are doing! Not only are they an incredible Real Estate Team, but they seem to know someone in every genre. I needed a probate attorney...boom!..they knew someone EXCELLENT, needed another realtor in a different state, and wouldn't you know..they had a tiger on standby, needed a plumber and of course they had the goods, needed connections here and there, and they had someone excellent for every job. Not only did they put their names on the line, but they found me some of the best in the biz for my other needs. This Team worked diligently with me and a 'not ready to move renter' to make sure needs of both me and my tenant were met. They made sure to give ample notice on both sides, of events that were to take place. And when it came time to finally sell, these guys knocked it out of the park. They were honest with us throughout the entire process and gave us realistic timelines. When it was time for the tenant to go so that the new homeowners could move it, they stepped up big when said tenant left the home in less than desirable conditions. I mean, this wife/husband duo actually went into the home and was doing manual labor to get it ready. They don't just act the part...they are the part. I wouldn't trust my Oklahoma housing needs with anyone else. We are set to sell one more house and buy another and I'm so thankful to do it with this TEAM.

We put my parents house on the market with another agent. Absolutely nothing happened for six months. We did our research and discovered great comments about Tom Hall. I contacted him to become our agent when the previous agent's contract ended. Within the first 30 days, he had shown the house many times and an acceptable offer was negotiated within a few weeks. Tom was good to give advice on how the property should be presented and gave us detailed justification for a price he recommended. Then, his on-line marketing skills were outstanding. The videos of the property were excellent representations.
