Tom Herzmann

Tom Herzmann has been in the real estate industry for eight years now, all with Oakridge Real Estate. Tom really enjoys his time getting to know his clients and their families. Tom has resided in Cedar Falls since coming to UNI in the fall of 2001. He and his family have loved the Cedar Valley so much that they decided to call it home.

Tom is a hard-working and dedicated individual devoted to putting his hard work ethic and great customer service to work for you as your REALTOR®. Tom works with sellers trying to sell their home for the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, and with the best terms. He also works with buyers, helping them find that house that they have always dreamed of living in that fits their needs and budget.

Tom manages the transaction from the time he first meets with the client to following-up after closing, and beyond. His goal is to be his client’s lifetime REALTOR®, by earning their trust and respect and performing above their expectations. Tom also enjoys being involved as the Board President for the Northeast Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS® as well as the President of the Cedar Valley Soccer Club. Tom is also an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 500 out of Cedar Falls.

Tom enjoys his time with his family enjoying nature and sports. His family consists of his wife Deana, Sydney, Keegan, and Paige. They have a dog Harper and two cats, Lily and Fluffy.
