Hi, my name is Tom McKenna and I have been a REALTOR® for 30 years. With a successful track record as REALTOR®, builder, and loan officer as well as experience in property development and property management, I'm in a unique position to represent you in all your real estate transactions. As a full-service San Antonio real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions spanning the following property types:
Residential Single-Family: My residential single-family services connect buyers with sellers and I do it with professionalism, and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my business, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise.
New Construction/Vacant Land: Raw land is a special property class. It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. It’s more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land. As a retired builder, I'm in a unique position to help you locate the lot that will offer the best opportunity to realize your dreams.
