Tom was a life saver. I was purchasing my first home, quite unprepared and unexpectedly, with very little time or energy to spare for the task. I needed someone competent and trustworthy that could advise and help me along the process, and do it in a limited time frame. He delivered on that and so much more. I’m certain his guidance is THE reason I was able to secure exactly what I was looking for in an extremely difficult buyer’s market.
