Tom Parkhurst

Tom is a full-time real estate broker dedicated to providing clients with the best customer service and handling all the details necessary for the ending result to be a total success for all involved. Tom grew up in Tacoma and graduated from Franklin Pierce High School. During high school he played on the golf team, and from the start wanted to make golf a career.
Following graduation Tom started his golf career at Tacoma Country & Golf Club. Tom moved on with positions at Brookdale Golf Club, Broadmoor Golf Club in Seattle, and landed his first Head Golf Professional position at Bellingham Golf & Country Club. His next step was taking over the total golf operation at Brookdale Golf Club in Tacoma where he leased the facility for 20 years. In January 2000 Tom and his wife Cathy Ann purchased a golf course in Sonora, CA. They were the owners for 8 years and sold the facility to return to the Pacific Northwest. The next stop was Friday Harbor, WA where Tom was the P.G.A. Golf Professional/Clubhouse Manager at San Juan Golf & Tennis Club.

During all the years in golf, Tom was also involved with real estate in building a golf course in Purdy, WA, promoting home sales at his golf course operations, as well as purchasing and selling his own facility. For the past three years Tom has been helping his clients with all their real estate needs weather purchasing or selling. Tom wants to help all levels of society, and specializes in first time home buyers, all military members, and seniors downsizing to smaller homes or condominiums.
