Tom has been my realtor for many years and never ceases to amaze me with his honesty, exemplary knowledge and service. I recently had to do an out of state real estate transaction, and the realtor proved herself to be self serving and disingenuous. It really made me remember why I have stayed loyal to Tom for over a decade. Tom treats each transaction as if he were buying the home or business for himself, and always provides sound and complete advice. He goes the extra mile to make the entire transaction smooth and fair to all parties. He never pressures me to make a decision, and respectfully responds to all of my questions and concerns. Thank you Tom, the real estate industry needs to clone you!

Tom Roy was an excellent realtor and easy to work with. He went out of his way to help find the right place for us and never pressured us one way or the other. He made many stops at the new place while it was under construction, keeping an eye on how the work was being done. He was helpful in getting the old house ready to show and worked with the buyers realtors in answering questions and helping us analyze and decide on offers. We would recommend Tom without any hesitation.

We have worked with Tom Roy for almost 20 years! He is very easy to work with, genuine, professional, knowledgeable about mountain properties! Also able to work in the city and suburbs. He helped us acquire the land we bought 19 years ago to build our home! Listed and sold our house in the suburbs, helped our son buy his home in Denver, helped us dispute tax raise by providing comps! Tom is our realtor and we call him a great friend, too!

I've worked with Tom Roy twice over the past 7 years. First when I bought my house and later when I sold it to move out of state. I am fussy about things when it comes to purchasing, and Tom was ever so patient and gracious to work with. He was never pushy - quiet enough to let me gather my thoughts, but wise about the industry and gave excellent counsel. I didn't realize just how great he is until I've recently worked with a agent in another state. Wished I could have brought Tom here to help me with my purchase in NC. I highly recommend you work with Tom whether buying or selling. He is a joy to work with.
