His 30 years in the construction business provides a unique background to serve the needs of my real estate clients in transactions and relationships regarding their investment needs. Project proposals and developments prospectives are also available with his background in construction development. 1994 to present background in construction planning around endangered fish streams for bridge construction and waterway reconstruction to enhance fisheries habitate. Extensive work with governing agencies of The Native American tribes, Corps of Engineers, US Forest service, Federal Fish and Wildlife, Oregon Water Resources, Oregon Dept. of Lands and Oregon Fish and Wildlife, to include affected counties and regional conservancy organizations. Monitored the continued viability of the projects in the ensuing years, review design concepts of what worked and what did not, Implemented modifications where necessary to better serve the stream environment of each project.
