After our initial meeting, it was clear to my wife and I that Tom was the realtor for us. After we closed, we were sure of that. We received an offer the first weekend after the home was listed. And the process between accepting the offer and closing was immaculate. Every detail was expertly handled by Tom without delay. He is a true professional.

Tom is the most patient, knowledgeable, helpful person I’ve ever met. And for those reasons, the perfect realtor. As a first time home buyer, in the craziest market in history, I wouldn’t have wanted anyone other than Tom by my side. He not only patiently visited what felt like a million homes over 9 months, but was there to help guide us, teach us and help us through the home buying process. He never swayed us in any direction or asked us to move out of our comfort zone, but rather assured us that the right home in our price point would show itself in due time. And he was right! He helped us find our dream home and navigate through the tumultuous world of mortgages, title and escrow. When you spend nearly every weekend with someone for 6 months or more, you want a good person by your side and more importantly, someone that knows what they’re doing. Thank you Tom!

Tom was very helpful, understanding, and patient throughout the home buying process. I started my search looking for a rental property and quick switched gears to buying. It took me several months and many properties to determine where I wanted to live. Throughout the entire process, Tom was understanding and responsive to any requests I had. He would update me whenever necessary on the houses I was interested in. On top of this, Tom is very knowledgeable about houses and real estate in general. He is not one to pressure the buyer into anything they are uncomfortable with. As a first time buyer, I found Tom to be helpful in the entire process and able to answer any and all questions I had.

Tom was my 2nd realtor in the process of buying a house. I was not in a hurry to buy and Tom was very patient, professional and helped me through every step of the process. As a first time buyer, Tom offered guidance, expertise and he was normal and down to Earth. I would and have reccomended Tom for any realty needs to others. Tom does things the right way. We searched for a house together for an entire year and Tom did not blink each week, as looking can sometimes take its toll. Phased he was not, and his time and efforts were appreciated.
