My wife and I worked with Tomer when looking for an apartment to rent when moving back to Queens with our two boxer dogs. It was important that we found a dog friendly apartment building within our price range which Tomer fully took on and did a great job meeting both requirements- where as other brokers didn't even want to work with us because of the dogs and price we wanted to pay for rent. On top of that, Tomer is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, patient, and incredibly easy to get in touch with (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). I can't stress what a wonderful experience this was. This was my first time using a broker and although I was initially rather nervous, Tomer made the experience very stress-free. He is extremely responsive, professional, friendly and always helpful and willing to answer any questions promptly. Tomer is incredibly professional, kind and gets the job done.

He got us in contract within 2.5 weeks from the time we listed with him. In fact he actually got me more money than I thought I could get for the apt. From the time he started showing the apt I was amazed at the amount of action. Every single day he had multiple appointments and just did an incredible job showing the place and getting qualified buyers. I ended up dragging the closing because I was having issues closing on my new home and he worked with me throughout the process with patience and kept the deal moving ahead with the buyer. Once the transaction was complete and closed, he actually reached out to me several times and took care of some post closing things like getting me mail that didn't get forwarded and other things that really show he cares and finishes the job all the way.

Bottom line, I am incredibly satisfied with his work and would absolutely recommend him without question to anyone looking to sell their place.
