My real estate journey began in an unexpected way nearly three decades ago. After leaving a management position at a major national company, I found myself at that familiar crossroads we all face – ”What’s Next?” A colleague suggested I explore an online real estate course, and from the very first lesson, I knew I had found my calling. I fell in love with both real estate investing and the idea of helping others navigate one of life’s most significant decisions.

Over the past 29 years, I’ve built my expertise from the ground up – starting as an investor, advancing to agent, and eventually becoming a managing broker for both my own firm and a local company. This progression has given me a unique, comprehensive understanding of real estate from every angle. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of completing over 800 transactions across Hampton Roads, including Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, and Newport News.

All of my  career was dedicated to helping military families with relocations – and having experienced both moving a family and a heart attack, I can honestly say that moving, especially with children, is incredibly more stressful. This personal understanding drives my commitment to making the process as smooth as possible for every client.

After establishing my own successful office and building a thriving practice, life threw me a curveball with a heart attack. This experience taught me what truly matters – health, family, and working with people you trust and respect. After my recovery, I made the decision to close my office and carefully selected Century 21 Nachman as my new professional home. The reputation and quality of their agents made the choice easy, and I quickly became a top producer with the firm.

While personal circumstances led me to relocate for a few years, I’m delighted to say those challenges are behind me, and I’m back where I belong – with the wonderful team at Century 21 Nachman, now working as a solo agent dedicated to providing exceptional service to my clients.
