If you are looking a realtor, I highly recommend Tommy Sibiga. After over 25 years of owning my home, I decided to take advantage of the seller’s market to downsize. I selected Tommy as my realtor because I saw how he creatively marketed homes through social media and other advertising strategies. Tommy guided me as I prepared my home for sale and even provided an excellent home stager at no cost to me. He prepared a complete local market assessment and worked with me to effectively price my home. All the preparation worked because my house sold within a day.
Through his connections, Tommy identified a home for me to buy that wasn’t even on the market. It was a relief not to have to compete with multiple offers on the same house. I wanted to do renovations before moving in and Tommy offered suggestions based on his home renovation experience that will make the house much more functional.

We had our house listed with a realty company that boasted no/low closing costs. That sounded great to us until ... there were a total of 10 houses for sale in our neighborhood. Our house had little activity. As soon as we could end our contract we did. Tommy evaluated our house, arranged for a painter to change the color of one of our rooms, and had our house professionally photographed. I would recommended him to friends and family, this is how comfortable I am with him as a person and work ethics. He and the seller/bank got me all the additional paperwork needed to get the utilities turned on for inspection and appraisal.
