I met Tonia Owens in 2009, when looking for a property.
Tonia was highly professional and very respectful. And very knowledgeable and diligent in researching and showing me numerous properties.
I made an offer on a property which became the escrow from hell.
And Tonia went to battle for me. She went above and beyond, worked around the clock, and finally got escrow closed.
Without her due diligence, I wound not have gotten my dream home.

In 2019, I decide to leave California and sell my house.
Tonia had moved, so I contacted realtors in my area. Their comparables’,
I thought, were very low. I needed Tonia’s advise and reached out to her. When I found out she was commuting still had clients in the area was commuting back and forth.
She would list my house.
It was a joyful reunion. so I felt so fortunate to have her Representing me b cause this property was different and not for everyone.

She had a written offer at the first open house, offer was $135,000.00 and she found the perfect buyers who would finish the restoration and preserve C.P. Bannon’s 1907 estate to perpetuity with the historic society.

I would more than highly recommend Tonia Owens for all and any of your real estate needs.
