He is a go getter for sure. He goes over and beyond what you realtors do. Tony Chillemi is always willing to help you get your house ready to go on the market. Not afraid to pick up a pressure washer and help you.
There aren’t enough words to express what a honest and helpful guy. He is dedicated to selling your house!
Less that 10 days is all it took for him to sell mine. He sold another home of mine in less than 4 days.

We are out of town and looking to buy a house for my elderly parents. Tony went above and beyond to help us and walked us through all the necessary steps. He contacted and sat down with the builder for us as we were on FaceTime. He helped walk through all the questions I had regarding what we needed to do with getting deposits sent. He walked through the contract the builder sent, even at an 11th hour rush and read it and let us know what was important and what he thought we needed to read before signing since the builder didn’t give us much time. He set out minds at ease at every turn always answered texts and emails in a timely manner. He was honest and gave straightforward advice to us not just what we wanted to hear. Have enjoyed working with him and highly recommended

Tony helped my wife and I find our first home which was complete success. Never once did we need to follow up with him. He has a wealth of knowledge of real estate markets along with a personal touch on both the buyer and seller ends. His expertise, amazing personality, responsiveness, and attention to detail made finding a new house easy and fun. Tony is a fantastic realtor, and in a category of his own. Having bought a home prior to using Tony I had preset expectations of what a realtor provides. Shortly after starting to work with Tony to sell that house and purchase a new one, I learned my expectations were about to be shifted much higher.

Tony is INCREDIBLY hands on with his properties. Fence need some work? Tony will handle. House looking a little dirty? He's already on his way with his pressure washer. Trees not pruned just perfect for the photos and showings? Dont worry, he's got a polesaw.

Tony will work to help you with preparations to list your home, as well as do a fantastic job for all showings of making sure the best impression will be made with the potential buyers.

Tony has now sold two of my homes (15 days and 30 hours before contract), and helped me find two wonderful homes to purchase.

Cannot recommend Tony enough as a realtor, both for buying or selling.
