Nothing but 5 stars here! Tony is such a great person and an awesome real estate agent. We had some trying time with selling my house, so I have to thank him for his patience in working with me.

Tony and his team are very experienced and knowledgeable, and in this day and age that is valuable. They were accommodating to all my needs as I wanted to change pictures, descriptions, etc.. Tony answered all my calls and was responsive to my requests.

If you are looking for an agent who knows what he is doing, and will even keep the buyer’s agent on track, he is your guy! When the other agent was loose on timelines and sending paperwork, Tony got in there and demanded movement; I like that! Thanks again, Tony, for helping me sell my house in San Diego. He has my highest recommendation.

I HIGHLY recommend Tony Elias to sell your home. Prior to my meeting with him, I was planning on hiring a competing agent. However, I had already scheduled an interview with Tony and decided to keep the appointment. When we met, I was impressed with how thorough his market research of the surrounding area was as well as his expertise in market predictions. He came prepared with visual aides that clearly demonstrated the numbers in a way I could understand and he backed up his sales approach with data—which I greatly appreciated. I could tell he possessed the experience and the data to ensure a good listing price for the home and to negotiate offers that would maximally benefit me (the seller). Needless to say, I signed him on.

Once the sales agreement was signed, he remained in close communication and he was very transparent with me regarding the offers we received. I appreciated his expertise, as I wasn’t sure what to expect given the current market. Unfortunately, our chosen buyer ran into some last minute problems with their lender. Tony discussed our available options with me (again, being very transparent) and we decided to work with the buyer instead of cancelling the contract. He then worked hard to ensure our chosen path worked out well. Tony was relentless—he worked with their lender, escrow, and other agents and was able to push the process through to resolution in less than a week (this process usually takes 2-4 weeks). In case the deal fell through, he already had a second buyer lined up with an offer, ready for me to accept. In the end, though, the original buyer was able to move ahead with their purchase and we successfully closed.

Through the process, Tony was incredible—I felt like he was my personal trusted home sales adviser. His associate (Jay) assisted in the process and was equally professional, transparent, and happy to assist. I ended up having a delay in my mail getting forwarded, so Jay personally went to the house at my request to collect the items and then mail them.

Overall, I am very, very pleased with Tony and his team. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the San Diego area. He is an expert in the market and will work VERY hard for you. I would ABSOLUTELY hire him again without hesitation.

Tony and his exceptional team helped my husband and I purchase our first home. Before we met him, we were not seeing a real return on the enormous amount of effort we poured into finding the right home and having our offers accepted.

It felt like the stars aligned when we started working with Tony. We contacted him because he was the list agent for a home we dreamt of owning. He arranged for us to see the property on the same day and next thing we knew, we were in escrow. He was extremely professional and took such good care of both us and the seller. We had a good experience selling our house with Tony as the selling agent. He provided good input on what to fix and not fix prior to the sale and suggested a successful pricing strategy. After receiving multiple offers after the first weekend Tony negotiated a final sales price significantly above the listing with minimal contingencies. We had good remote communication during escrow and were able to close three weeks after the house was put on the market. Overall an easy, successful experience.

Tony Elias ( and Jay and Nicole) are all very professional but at the same time very warm and friendly. You know you're working with Pros but it seems like you're working with friends. I interviewed 5 real-estate people but Tony had the best advertising program. We ended up getting exactly the price we advertised for. Tony and Jay kept me informed every step of the way and Nichole kept me up to date on my paper work ( and there is a lot of paper work ). I can't imagine any real-state person doing more for you than them. By the way this is my honest opinion and I tend to see the glass half empty and this one is more than full.

My experience that jumps out with Tony Elias, is that he was willing to answer my screening questions directly, in a meaningful way. About six real estate agents, before Tony, did not make it past the first three min on the phone with me. Shameless sales tactics are a major turn-off. I actually felt dirty after talking to some of these shameless real estate salesmen. Tony must have good instincts on the phone, because he answered my questions directly, the first time. I simply wanted to hear the elevator speech, 30-90 seconds, on why he is special —minus any fluff. Many businesses, like a coffee shop, are quick to make the claim “worlds best cup of coffee,” however fewer actually can articulate in a meaningful way what separates them from the competition. Fewer still can deliver quality assured. Tony and his team essentially did both. I recommend a scheduled brief voice or video call to ask him about what’s most important to you.

"I've had Tony's help twice now selling my home. My first experience was went so well, I didn't even think about trying someone else. It's always a little overwhelming trying to look up rates, trends, and home values to get started, but both times I did, Tony's knowledge in these areas gave me much better information than I could find on my own! Both homes sold for very high market values, and within about 10 days with his aggressive marketing plans. The main reason why I chose to use Tony again was that he definitely seemed to be looking out for my best interest in every step of the process. He explains things well and offers suggestions and clarifications when I needed them. In both home sales, there were suggestions he made that benefited me (and not the sale price of the home, so no benefit to him) that showed me his true character and what type of person he is. Tony is absolutely my first pick when I need help selling my home and finding a new one in the future, and would definitely recommend him to my family and friends."
