With more than 28 years of real estate experience, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers throughout Laguna Niguel and South Orange County. As a Laguna Niguel resident for more than 45 years, I offer deep local knowledge, strong market insight, and a commitment to guiding and protecting my clients through every step of the real estate process.
I was born and raised in California and earned my business degree from Cal State Fullerton, including a semester at the University of Hawaii. I also completed a master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling, and later pursued graduate studies in philosophy at Trinity College. Before real estate, I spent many years in the electronics manufacturing industry, including 10 years running my own company. That background helped shape the work ethic, negotiation skills, and marketing mindset I bring to every transaction.
