I have to share an unbelievable experience I had with Tony Girard from Long and Foster Charlottesville West. My Twin sister is a realtor/brokerfor Douglas Elliman in Montauk New York. She helped me find Tony. Her fist impression of him after one conversation was cyndee hes your guy. my first conversation with Tony was very easy and comforting. As this was not my home i was selling but my bosses home and i wanted to do right by her. Tony and I met at the house his apearance was professional as well was Tony. He knew his stuff. Every thing he told me was factual and he was very understanding to my lack of knowledge about selling a home and what to expect. Tony made the process very easy for us. I Highly recomend Tony to anyone selling or looking to buy a home . Tony is the guy for you !!! To Long& Foster what a compliment to your business. Last January we started our search for a new home. The realtor we choose turned out to be a disaster. Unprepared and lazy. Fortunately we called Tony Girard who had helped us find a temporary apartment. We met with Tony, reviewed our wants and desires of a new home and he took the lead. Each home he took us to he was well prepared. Had seen each home, researched the property and made sure it fit our needs. It wasn't long until he found us our home. We respected his judgement and it paid off. We love our new home. If you need a reliable realtor, Tony is IT.

Omg... where do I even start? Tony is beyond amazing ! He was our life line through every bump and hurdle my fiancé and I went through during the loan process. From keeping us updated everyday to even helping us unload our uhaul I mean seriously... he’s just phenomenal not only as an agent but as a person. Tony wrote the book on being a savvy realtor. He is professional, knowledgeable about all aspects of buying and selling property, and his communication skills will never leave you wondering what is/is not going on in the buying/selling process. If you are selling a house, you will not be disappointed with Tony's stellar marketing skills. He takes initiative to market listings in a manner that most realtors shy away from due to the personal time and financial commitment involved. He uses data regarding market trends, along with his own creative nature to make sure your property gets seen, both online and in person. To top it off, Tony's congenial personality makes him a very easy and pleasant person to work with. You simply cannot go wrong working with Tony Girard.

I highly recommend Tony for any realty needs. He was very flexible and almost always accessible via phone/email/even in person. He will help you with what needs to be done to get the most money out of your home. Responds to any questions you have immediately. If I sell again I will be calling Tony to help me with that again. Tony is incredible to work with I will recommend him to everyone! We were looking to purchase our home during a booming market with much competition. We knew he had other clients but it truly felt like he was working only for us. He was extremely responsive, always early, very patient, and we never felt pressured to “hurry up and decide”. When we finally found our dream home, he wrote up an excellent offer and much to our excitement and disbelief – we won the bid! Not only that, but he also went the extra mile to make sure the home was appraised appropriately by pulling comps and working directly with our Loan Officer. Tony Girard is an outstandingly efficient and attentive real estate agent who worked with us to buy, close, and move into our new house within a three-week period from when we first laid eyes on the house. We were delighted with the service Tony provided which ranged from formulating an appropriate offer and negotiating on price, to resolving issues that turned up in a home inspection, sourcing a radon test, helping to sort out a title issue involving some setback re-zonings, and generally attending to any errant details required to close and move into the house on such a quick schedule.
