Toni was great he helped us in every way from listing our home and what price to list the house for which sold in 2 days . Toni was very knowledgeable about every step and made it easy for us he went over each offer we had in detail and explain everything he had our best interest the whole way and he has many connections in his field . At first with the way the market is/was and what I have heard from other people, I wanted top dollar for the sale of my house and then have people offer more cash on top. After talking with Tony, he suggested a price that I was not happy with but in the long run, he was right. His professionalism and knowledge of the market put my wife and I in a great spot. The communication between us and the buyers agent was quick and easy. All paper work was sent in an extremely timely fashion and didn't have to wait on anything on Tony's side. Every question my wife and I had, Tony either had the answer or got the answer within minutes. At the end of the day, we are extremely happy with all the work Tony did for us in the sale of our house, and we are looking forward to buying a new one with the help of Tony. I recommend him for all future real estate adventures.

Tony was very thorough and professional and was great to work with. From our first meeting to the settlement table he made selling my home a breeze. I had a lot of questions during this process and he explained everything so it was easily understood and I always felt good about the choices I was making. So my parent's were looking for a new home and they had one in mind, so I called a realtor that I had met. This was not a good experience and it cost my parent's the house. After that they moved on to a new realtor. The realtor did not seen interested in helping them. Then along comes Tony. He was energetic, positive, and a pleasure. My parents loved him and his patients with their pickyness was unmatched. During their search the house that they were originally interested in became available again. Tony stepped aside and they bought the house without him taking a commission. He was so genuinely happy for them. Sadly not long after my parents passed away and I was left to handle the estate which included selling two homes. Tony was the guy I called. He was everything I needed when I needed it. Motivator when I needed it, calming when I was stressed or worried, and knowledgeable. I have learned that Estate law is tricky, and Tony was right there to help me through the process. He is genuine, charismatic, and everything you would want in a realtor or friend. He will be my realtor as long as he wants the job.

I met Tony through a family member and informed he was a great realtor. She certainly was right!!
Tony was very dedicated to sell my house. He told me those rooms that would be a bonus to the sale. He reviewed each showing with me. In no way did he leave me questioning about how the sale was going.
His professionalism about the real estate market clearly showed everything from price point to inspection and then settlement. He makes each seller feel that he was selling ONLY your house even though he was responsible for many homes that he represented.
