We were introduced to Tony Mangus from my employer, who is building a facility in Boerne. Our company is relocating from California. I liked Tony right away and we decided to ask him to help us find a home. We shopped on line to narrow the field, and Tony showed us the final 15-20 houses. We were in town for just 5 days , so we needed to make a lot of progress in a short time, and then make offers and begin the process before we left for home. Tony was with us like we were the most important clients he ever had. Even when he received a call from someone else, it was quick, quiet and discreet. He knew the area, was well versed in value and I felt like we really had a good knowledge of the sellers at every property. We got the house we wanted and he made it feel easy. Even when I made a drastic mistake in loan preparedness which almost derailed our financing completely, Tony hung in there with us, provided emotional and professional support and I feel as though we made a friend. We are hoping to expand our borders, and pickup the lot next door- he found out the scoop and got back to me in just a few minutes. You can bet we will call him again, we when are ready. I listed my home with Tony Mangus and relocated to Florida prior to the house closing. During my time in Florida, Tony took care of my yard and numerous minor house repairs to prepare for a closing.
